Tribeca Penthouse Retreat
After years in New York post-law school, our client made Denver home—but the pull of the city never faded. This top-floor Tribeca loft, the fourth of six collaborations with him, is a seamless extension of his refined aesthetic and deep appreciation for art, materials, and thoughtful design.
Housed in a 1915 building, the 1,200-square-foot space embodies a modern, minimalist ethos—nothing unnecessary, yet nothing lacking. The existing stainless-steel kitchen, a beloved feature, remained untouched, while the bathrooms were designed with precision—clean, exacting, and quietly luxurious. Maximizing space was key, with hidden storage solutions woven throughout, a nod to the compact efficiency of classic New York living.
Bathed in natural light from four grand arched windows and a central skylight, the loft is a perfect gallery for the client’s expertly curated art collection. Our role was not to compete with the collection, but to enhance it—introducing a few select pieces that seamlessly integrate into his world. The result? A space that is understated yet deeply personal, a city retreat that honors both the client’s past and his ever-evolving vision of home.
