Déjà dans le passé, l'argent, appelé le "métal lunaire" parce qu'il est dit qu'aucun autre métal existant dans le monde n'avait cette couleur particulière, était considéré comme un symbole de statut social, quand la coutume de recevoir des invités à la maison était considérée comme une forme d'art. Le fondateur d'ARVAL ARGENTI VALENZA, Luciano Sacco, en est fermement convaincu. En 1967, il décide de réaliser son rêve et de donner une continuité à la tradition familiale des orfèvres en se spécialisant dans l'argenterie du XXe siècle.
