8899 Beverly, Penthouse

Apartment de ASH NYC à West Hollywood, CA

Immersive views, retractable glass walls, and 10,000+ square feet of living space designed by Olsen Kundig make this West Hollywood penthouse, a rare, covetable property. Inside, layered with a vibrant materials, palette and expensive surroundings, we created a series of distinctive spaces, which blend key principles of proportion and volume with classic pieces that honor the home's dignified scale.

In this vignette, the main characters include a warm wood and leather Brutalist vintage Stephan During 'Pelican Chair' contrasted by a cool Kelly Wearstler, solid marble monolith, side table and an abstract painting contrast,

In the lounge, a monumental stone fireplace invites a series of curvilinear counterpoints, including a black chenille, Vladimir Kagan, Cloud Sofa and a pair of slotted wood, Oggatti 'Arata' chairs and a tubular crumb table lamp.

In the primary bedroom, we balance, the strength of timber, clad ceilings, with a wall of honey, toned grass cloth, a Morrocan inspired rug, and a pair of velvet upholstered ribbon chairs.

In the lounge, an oyster-toned sectional, Plymouth coffee, table, and Hans Wegner, 'Flag Halyard', leather chair, lower the sight lines in the living room lifting the 14 foot high ceilings, even higher in expanding the endless city and mountain views.
