An Upper East Side Pied-à-Terre

A newly renovated 1,267 square foot apartment for mother/daughter duo in the heart of NYC. Set in a Beaux-Arts Revival style building built in 1913, the main directive for this space was to establish a home that felt relaxed, sophisticated and serene with delicate touches of blues and purples. The 2 bedroom/2 bath scope included interior design services such as demolition, project management and coordination with the clients’ selected contractor, lighting and electrical layout coordination, drafting, detailed millwork drawings, and furniture curation, procurement, tracking and installation. The project was completed in December 2019.
