JAM instilled new life into this 1890s home while preserving the charming hallmarks of a classic farmhouse, and incorporating just a touch of modernity. Many of the home’s existing features were kept intact, like the original kitchen built-ins, which were updated with a fresh coat of earthy, olive-colored paint, the original hardwood floors, windows, moldings and hardware, as well as a large, authentic farmhouse sink. The home was outfitted almost entirely with vintage furnishings and quirky, characterful art. The result of JAM’s work is a divinely cozy, quintessential farmhouse that exudes an effortless homestyle warmth.
