Grand Army Plaza Apartment

A semi-retired couple moved out of their traditional Brooklyn townhouse and into a landmark Richard Meier condo building overlooking Prospect Park.

The clients wanted a resurfacing of the 2,700-square-foot apartment, not to mention a totally new arrangement of the fine art and furniture they had collected over decades. A double-entrance layout allowed the remodeling to take place in two phases while the owners lived on site.
