By using antiques that have been in the client’s family for generations, this South Louisiana home exudes such character with a fresh, edited aesthetic. While only splurging on a few new pieces, like the primary bedroom bespoke hand-carved headboard and the dining room hand-painted floor cloth, Genevieve furnished most of the home by scavenging antique shops, salvage yards and flea markets.
