Definitely one of the nicest console tables out of Italy in the 1970s. A nice sleek shape with a pop of burlwood that is framed by the chrome and brass detailing. The console features Mario Sabots signature circular drawer handle. Its a great hall or living room piece of furniture. In a hall you could keep your keys and wallet etc in it as you come home at night or in a living room it could easily have a few bottles and glasses on it and act like a bar. Either way it is a stand out piece of mid-century design that would suit a period or modern property.
This console embodies the sophisticated glamour of Italian mid-century design.
The burl wood, chrome and brass have been polished similar to how you would buff car paint by our in-house restoration team. There are scratches and marks present which is typical for an item of this type and age however overall the piece presents beautifully and is a real statement piece.

There are scratches and marks present, but nothing that will affect the value or look of this beautiful piece.
