Il marchio di mobili Gervasoni a conduzione familiare progetta e produce poltrone, tavolini, lampadari e molto altro ancora da un secolo e mezzo. Creando pezzi da interno e da esterno, Gervasoni ha una reputazione per la finezza dell'artigianato e l'attenzione ai dettagli, esportando le sue opere eccezionali in 80 paesi in tutto il mondo.
L'azienda Gervasoni è nata nel 1882 a Pavia di Udine, in Italia, come un piccolo laboratorio che intrecciava prodotti in vimini. Il marchio ha adattato il suo stile di design numerose volte, perfezionando e migliorando i metodi di produzione per creare opere che vanno da rustico a ultramoderno. Sebbene il vimini e il rattan rimangano importanti, Gervasoni ha utilizzato una varietà di materiali per i suoi mobili, tra cui cemento, porcellana, ottone, legni duri e bambù.
L'azienda è rimasta nella famiglia Gervasoni per tre generazioni e attualmente è guidata dai fratelli Giovanni e Michele Gervasoni. Sono orgogliosi della sostanza e della forma, perseguendo una missione di eleganza informale in tutto ciò che producono. Diversi designer di spicco, come l'architetto italiano Paola Navone e il product designer inglese Michael Sodeau, hanno collaborato alle creazioni Gervasoni, aggiungendo la loro singolare prospettiva alle collezioni.
