James Huniford designed this 3,067 square foot penthouse with the utmost attention to healthy living and sustainability. This project was formulated with a sense of sustainability and wellness as central characteristics which informed the design. The sensibility of the project emulated a Northern Californian design aesthetic – rugged and masculine with bohemian accents.

Huniford Design Studio won a prestigious global award from the Americas Property Awards https://propertyawards.net/ for this eco-friendly penthouse. This project was named among the most exceptional projects of 2016 representing the U.S. on an international stage.
