Hudson Street Mixed-Use Development

We renovated and enlarged this historic mixed-use townhouse comprised of a restaurant and residential units to add functionality, openness, and green space. The building was extended in the rear creating levels of patios and terraces. A rooftop addition with a ribbon of casement windows serves as an expanded living area adjacent to a new urban roof garden. The landmarked façade was restored; window mullions and stone lintels echo the language of the townhouse’s original street-side shutters.
