Lakeview Residence

James Thomas was hired to provide a facelift to this 1894 Victorian home in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. Unfortunately, many of the homes original details had been stripped away leaving a clean slate when it came to interior detailing.

We added rich trim details with a slightly updated look and integrated these with traditional and antique furniture pieces that complemented the client’s contemporary and sometimes quirky art collection.
