Lanai, Pool and Terraces

A backyard designed for entertaining and relaxing. An empty yard was the perfect canvas for Meyer to create tropical lush modern outdoor “rooms”. The clients love being outdoors. The pool areas are where everyone hangs out. The lanai, upper deck and the house can function many ways for entertaining – for example if there is a pool party – guests are instructed to enter through the back gate – therefore they do not go in the house – there is access to a full bath and outdoor shower, kitchen and bar. The main house is off limits for pool parties – people are soaked from the pool – and are not allowed inside. On the other hand if it’s a cocktail or dinner party – guests enter through the front and the pool area is more like a backdrop. It’s very glamorous and very fun.
