Modern Mediterranean Home

We were approached by the new homeowner to update this almost 6,000 sq.ft. home in the beautiful community of Sierra de Montserrat in Loomis, Northern CA - a more rural area of the Sacramento region. A traditional custom Mediterranean home from the outside, we created a more modern Mediterranean aesthetic for the inside.

Our interior design firm took charge of every aspect, from crafting essential floor plan changes, updating several design elements of the interior architecture, like the fireplace, and new cabinetry drawings to seamlessly coordinate all new material selections, including lighting and plumbing fixtures. Additionally, we procured the furniture for both indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring a harmonious blend of style and functionality.
