Our client for this four-story townhome is a young executive with a penchant for modern, industrial design. Having lived in the home for only a short time, he wanted to ensure he quickly put his stamp on the space, using our keen eye for condo interior design in Miami. He wanted a place that felt sophisticated without being stuffy but rather effortlessly cool. A globe-trotter through and through, his home is his respite after long weeks on the road. We opted for a less expected take on industrial design. The overall design was predicated on a play on symmetry. We wanted to ensure the space felt open and airy while familiarly comfortable.
