Northumberland

Northumberland is a traditional residence in the Old Enfield neighborhood of Austin. The clients arrived with a clear sensibility rooted in Houston's formal design tradition: considered, glad to entertain, built to last. The Old Enfield architecture suited them, and the work was to bring that point of view fully to life. The dining room sets vintage Baker chairs against a Holland and Sherry wallcovering and rug, with a vintage 1940s credenza in the style of Ico Parisi and a vintage Murano glass chandelier.
