A Brooklyn family pulls up stakes and settles in Larchmont - without sacrificing their urban edge. 6,000 sq. ft. home 1945 center hall Colonial with mature gardens and plenty of space fr the kids to run loose. The biggest transformation was in the kitchen which was previously renovated in the French country style. The space was completely gutted and we were able to add in an adjacent office area for a walk in pantry. Open shelving was installed and an extended table off the island for informal dinners.
There is a nice balance of unexpected surprises throughout the house with refreshing, fun and functional spaces that capture the clients personality and echoes their Brooklyn beginnings.
