A fine late 19th Century watercolour showing a fashionable young couple, strolling together through a village street, a small dog by their side. The artist has signed and dated at the lower edge. The painting has been handsomely presented in its original gilt frame with beautiful molded ornamentation and strapwork featuring over sized egg and tulip detail, arabesque foliate scrolls, pastre and lamb's tongue molding and a gilt slip.
