Still Life with Lemon and Hat is beautiful original oil pastel and chalk drawing on ivory-colored paper, realized by an anonymous French artist of the end of XIX century.
On a table with a violette soft cloth with a vase, a yellow lemon and a red flamenco hat stands out for the brightness of colors.
The beauty of this artwork is in the use of colors and for the fluid line of a skilled and sure hand.
On the back a blue ink stamp: "Made in France / Expositions Universelles 1855 - 1900/ Medailles de bronze/ Papiers, cartes, toiles anti-ponce pour le Pastel/ Pl. Eg. Paris/ marque deposée".
In excellent conditions, except for minor defects and a light folds on the right margin.
