I’m a North-Norfolk based painter inspired by the joy and vibrancy of flowers. They are a great vehicle for colour and I thoroughly enjoy selecting, mixing and working into my paints to create a piece that sings. I aim to uplift the viewer with my artwork and feel that I have succeeded in my work if I bring about a smile, a feeling of peace or a moment where all that matters is the beauty of colour and form. I work in acrylics and use textures and glazes with multiple layers of colour to create interesting and exciting effects.
