This gorgeous 100% silk scarf designed by color field super star Kenneth Noland was produced in conjunction with the Whitney Museum in a very limited edition and not re-released. Held in the original packaging and with such illustrious provenance! From the collection of Jacob and Aviva Bal Teshuva, renowned art collectors, patrons and historians. The images show the work folded - but opened fully it measures: 24 inches vertical by 54 inches horizontal.
Held in the original plastic packaging from the Whitney Museum with the stamped Whitney Museum of American Art label on the recto. On the back of the sleeve the text reads as follows: A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this item benefits the Whitney Museum of American Art and its programs.
The scarf bears the artist's copyright and features the text:
