- Rolling RiskyBy RISKLocated in Miami, FLKelly Graval (RISK) is a multi-talented creator, illustrator, and street artist who pioneered the West Coast graffiti movement. Born in 1967, RISK attended the USC School of Fine Arts, where he began to build his permanent notoriety in Los Angeles. The first street artist to paint freeway overpasses, dubbed “hitting up the heavens,” RISK’s legacy in contemporary art history is unmistakable.
