THE IMAGE: The New Batman Adventures is an American superhero animated television series based on the DC Comics superhero Batman, the third series in the DC Animated Universe, and a continuation of the 1990s Batman: The Animated Series. It was produced by Warner Bros. Animation and aired on Kids' WB from September 13, 1997, to January 16, 1999. Stories in this series tend to give more focus to Batman's supporting cast, which includes fellow crimefighters Robin, Nightwing, and Batgirl, among others. This piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.
ABOUT THE MEDIUM: Original production cels are one-of-a-kind pieces of art that were used in the creation of an animated film or television show. Each has been hand-painted by studio artists on a piece of celluloid acetate and has been photographed over a background painting to create a frame of the finished production.
