About the Item
MARIANNA OKLEJAK (b. 1981) – Polish illustrator and graphic designer. Author of children books. Graduated from Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in 2006. She's a designer of books, posters and album covers. Her artworks are often inspired by polish folklore. She's a finalist of international CJ Picture Book contest in 2010 in Seul, South Korea. In 2011 she got three honorary mentions in IBBY contest.
