Mixed Media abstract, minimalistic, 3D painting on wood panel mounted on a deep floater black frame 18.75H x 24.75W x 2D
It is a 3D painting, composed of small pieces of plaster painted with neutral colors as well as smoke. The plaster pieces have a subtle relief that gives the work a third dimension.
The chaining of the pieces and their ethereal shape, the shadow they generate, suggests the idea of clouds. This work of art is a subtle and minimalist piece that can be part of any environment and blend into it.
I have been working with plaster for a long time, it is a material that allows me to create different effects from large sculptures to minimalist works like this one with a great texture and versatility.
