About the Item

abstract painting having as starting subject an old painted door. The variations of black, gray and white concentrate all the energy contained in the wood, in the paint which peels off over time. The layers are numerous revealing the underlying ones. We can guess the red and yellow ochres which reveal the white. The fabrics are always enriched with warm colors before putting on these whites which become warmer and brighter. The edges of the painting are painted. A certificate comes with the painting The canvas is framed with an American box in natural or black wood of your choice
