About the Item
"The constant use of plastic is tampering with the environment. Today our magnificent surroundings are covered by plastic all around. These human made plastics find their way to the drains and eventually travel through the rivers and finally to the ocean. Hence the water around us, on which we survive, is getting severely contaminated. From land animals to the living beings under water, all are getting drastically affected due to plastic pollution.
The artist has depicted this phenomenon through this painting where the body of a bird is covered in plastic which will ultimately lead to its death. We as a society have to be more conscious when using plastic. If we don't take the necessary measures to control plastic pollution then soon mother nature will give up and this beautiful world will meet its nemesis."
