About the Item
Beata Cedrzyńska graduated with a diploma from the Gdańsk Academy of Fine Arts Department of Painting and Graphics in 1999. The advisor of her diploma was professor Teresa Miszkin. She cooperated with ArtsEducation Specialization (MINOS) at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk from 2002 to 2012, working in drawing and painting workshops. In 2011 graduated with the Doctor of Fine Arts Degree at the Painting department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk. The advisor of her doctoral thesis “Figuration - Body and spirit” was dr Jarosław Bauć, Ph.D. She is currently employed at the Polish - Japanese Institute of Information Technology in the New Media Art department in Gdańsk as a lecturer running a Drawing and Painting workshop. She is the author of several individual exhibitions and a participant of several dozen group exhibitions.
