About the Item
Acrylic on canvas
Nina Narimanishvili is a Georgian artist born in 1999 who lives and works in Tbilisi, Georgia. Nina has been painting since childhood and over time her interest in art has grown steadily. She first started working on canvas using acrylic but it became interesting for Nina to use others techniques like the handmade paper she makes herself in creating new textures. When you ask her what art means to her, she will answer: “Art is a process and without it I cannot imagine myself. My source of inspiration are people with their own emotions expressed or not. I like to present everything as if there were no defined parameters and I focus on the part that seems most important to me. With passion, I paint beautifully! It is important to draw something that may not look so good at first glance but to wrap it with aesthetics. Everything I see in my imagination transforms and I involuntarily think of arranging everything as I want."
