"After living in Lake Tahoe and Colorado, I fell in love with everything about the mountains. The smell of the trees, the sound of water flowing, the crisp, dry air, the feeling of peace and connection to the universal spirit. Highly textured, this piece was inspired by Glenwood Canyon, Colorado."
About the Artist:
Focusing on abstract art, Danette Moran receives her inspiration from the depths of nature, in the details as well as the distant view. Texture and embellishments create a uniqueness to her work. Her early start was in a photography dark room with color and shading development. She now paints with inks and acrylic paints.
