Hand-signed by the artist.
This peaceful nature scene by artist Dina Gardner features an impressionist marsh landscape. A gradient sky of blue, pink, and green sits upon a softly rendered treeline. A few trees stand out, dark green against the lush bright green grasses surrounding the estuary. The small blue stream runs through the foreground, surrounded by pops of bright pink and purple wildflowers growing along the water's edge.

Artist Commentary:
Half imagination, half photo reference, I often combine the two to produce a painting and that is what I did for this painting. As a keen observer of nature, I tend to use photo references as a starting point, as something to ignite my senses. I then use my experiences from observation to add or take away elements when I compose and create a painting.
