    By Kyoung Mi Lee
    Located in Los Angeles, CA
This is a beautiful, quiet and deeply contemplative piece from a Korean artist based in America, Kyoung Mi Lee (Lee Kyoungmi) The oil painting is on a specially constructed 3D birch wood panel to create a sensory visual effect, almost like looking through the looking glass. The centerpiece of the painting depicts a beautiful little park in Germany, near her home in Germany where Kyoung Mi lived for a spell. This perhaps reflects the truth for many of us who travel and live in different places, moving away from home for work, love or simply to seek a new or different life. As such, the Greek torso...
