A Swedish oil sketch of a vibrant dusk scene, signed with initial M.T.
This work would have been painted by an artist who almost certainly would have travelled to Paris to study the work of the French Impressionists, either in a formal academy or through visiting the many exhibitions. The artist would have then taken these skills back to their homeland and captured the somewhat unique seasonal light.
