About the Item
"Naiades"
French Modernist artist, circa 1950's
The work is faintly monogrammed to the lower corner though hard to tell. There is a name verso but illegible - possibly the artist or a former collector. The painting style is close to Picasso and the artist was clearly inspired by his works, as well as Matisse.
