Elegant floral still life of a beautiful spring bouquet in an antique ivory soup tureen by Elizabeth Fitzgerald Forbes (Dallam) (American, 1875-1933). Exhibition placard on verso signed "Elizabeth Forbes Dallam", dated "May 29th 1925", and titled "Old Tureen with Flowers". Presented in a new, period style, bronze giltwood frame. Image size: 24"H x 30"W.
Elizabeth Forbes Dallam exhibited at Philadelphia Water Color Exhibition 1915, established the Philadelphia Print Club. Exhibited and member of Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, 1924 and 1925.
