About the Item

This one-of-a-kind cameraless photograph is actually a baby photogram, initially made for a submission that requested specific small sized prints. All of my images are about what something is - and what else it can be... This black and white print was made by hand in my darkroom - with sand, flowers, and glitter. While it is not part of a series, the abstract image is closely aligned with my "Metamorphosis" series. This is a probably my most affordable print, and since I'm basically building my photographs from scratch (like a sculpture, as opposed to a flat 2-dimensional image, the process cannot be duplicated. I would love to see this small print go to a good home. Detail shots (and photo of my signature on the back of the print) - to come.
