About the Item

Swiss photographer MARCO GROB is known for his still life and portrait work. He has photographed top names in politics and entertainment such as Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Sandra Bullock, Michael Douglas and Leonardo DiCaprio. Mr. Grob’s commercial clients include Walt Disney, Warner Brothers, NBC Universal, Rolex and Louis Vuitton. His work appears regularly in magazines such at Time, GQ, Vogue, The New York Times Magazine, and Esquire. His portrait series titled “BEYOND 9/11: Portraits of Resilence” is part of the permanent collection at the Smithsonian Museum and won an Emmy Award in 2012. Mr. Grob has also won a Hasselblad Master award in 2007 and a Picture of the Year award in 2011.
