Rankin unites spontaneity and perfection in a unique and exciting concept. He likes things to be natural but not simple. A book that describes my life. Only I’m not in it.” Throughout his work, Rankin continues questioning society’s established ideals of beauty; he sparks controversy and fans the fires of discussion. He has made his name, above all, as a provocative artist with perfectionistic tendencies.
