‘Evening at Vermillion Lakes, Banff’ by Mike Grandmaison Banff National Park, Alberta. Canada The Canadian Rocky Mountains are reflected in a series of three lakes on the north edge of the Banff townsite in Banff National Park. Reflecting in Vermillion Lakes are Mt. Rundle on the left and Sulphur Mountain on the right. Driving or walking along the north shore of the there lakes offers many different perspectives as you pass from one lake to the next.
