ICES Multicolor Set of Nine Framed Artworks.
A set of nine pop art prints by Richard Heeps from his Great British Staycation series 'On-Sea'.
Taken between lockdowns in September 2020, it has proved to be one of Richard's all time bestselling artworks. The bold colour block and the suspended ice cream cone echoes the simple joys of the seaside. Framed with the distinctive Kodak film border, it adds another dimension to the bold typography of the word 'ICES'.
This listing is for nine individually framed artworks each measuring 21.25" x 16".
Each artwork is a limited edition gloss photographic print, dry-mounted to aluminium, presented in a museum board white window mount and a choice of black or white box frame fitted with anti-reflective UV70% glass. They are signed and numbered on reverse accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
They can be hung to suit a space as a set, closer together, further apart or spaced out individually throughout an interior.

They are available individually and in other sizes.
Richard Heeps’ seductive, highly saturated colours and sophisticated pictorial structures demonstrate a true love and empathy for his subject matter – be it cool, descriptive interiors, still life, portrait or landscape. His distinctive style pushes the limits of lens-based photography without the need for digital manipulation. He runs his own darkrooms in Cambridge (UK) where he hand prints his colour photography. His work has been exhibited in Museums and Public Galleries around England, and he has participated in Art Fairs around the world, and his work is now part of many international collections.
