Basile Ducournau is a French young photographer, specialized in bad weathers and storm chasing.
This picture was taken near Ogallala, Nebraska, USA. The Great Plains are well known by stormchasers as "Tornado Alley", where many of them (and a few french ones) are following massive thunderstorms to catch some tornadoes, but also for some of them, rare atmospheres as this one.
