About the Item

F. Crespo author of a world-famous giant sculpture Pope Francis Heart. Makes a first edition of his private and utopian projects. Fernando Crespo is a recognized artist in Portugal. He was also an art teacher at the School of Arts. He makes street art in large-scale projects, sculpture and murals. He uses steel and bronze as the raw material for his sculptures. In his murals he uses the volcanic lava, ceramic glazes and gold. He is the author of many projects of public art. These works are orders of the Portuguese State, public companies and private clients around the world. "Fernando Crespo has great human and aesthetic sensibility. It is a visionary of great importance that will have an ascending future recognition. I have no doubt about that because he is brave in an artistic sense and is outside of his intellectual circles in which most of the talented artists take refuge. And with this I mean that the talent in it is a starting point in that most artists talent is a point of arrival." Jordi Picazo - philologist and journalist.
