Paul Bartlett. Whistlers.
A family group of bottlenose dolphins swim effortlessly, sun glinting off their dorsal surfaces. The painting is constructed using pieces of ripped paper from pertinent scientific papers on dolphins so the text relates to the subject. Amongst the text background are the faint frequency patterns of the individual signature whistles. Paul Bartlett is a highly acclaimed artist who has won many awards for his original depictions of nature which inform and educate the viewer on conservation issues.

Paul Bartlett
Paul Bartlett is a highly acclaimed artist, who has won many awards for his original depictions of nature that inform and educate the viewer on conservation issues. Bartlett is a self-taught artist with a Ph.D. in animal behavior. He was an elected member of the Society of Wildlife Artists (SWLA) and won “Artist of the Year” in 2006 and the Langford Press award in 2012 at their annual exhibition at London’s Mall Galleries.
