Jean-Jacques Charles Pennès (1894-1982) , known as Jean Sennep, was born in Paris on 1894. Is a French cartoonist and caricaturist.
He is considered one of the greatest illustrators of the French press. A right-wing man who had always clearly displayed his anti-communism in his caricatures, he collaborated with many newspapers, including L'Action française, L'Écho de Paris, Candide, Aux Ecoutes, and Le Figaro.
