The Globe of Thunder is an actual attraction performed by daredevils in traveling circus shows. The Globe of Thunder attraction might have 2 to 6 motorcycles cycling round inside the mesh globe, depending on the globe's size. After decades of creating Coney Island inspired images the artist's attention shifted to circus thrill shows when she moved from Brooklyn to Sarasota, Florida.
The original piece is a 32 x 40inch cut paper collage. Ms. Marano has made a limited edition of 25 archival pigment prints of this image. Paper size: 26.5 X 21.5 inches , Image size: 23.5 X 18.5 inches on MOAB Estrada white paper Each print is signed and numbered.
