Limited Editions Club, NY, 1998. Number 5 of the edition of 300 copies. Folio, purple cloth with gold-tooled leather label on front cover, clamshell box in the same cloth, with gold-tooled leather label on spine. Unpaginated, with 29 leaves, endpapers, texts, and illustrations. Printed and bound by Michael and Winifred Bixler on heavy Arches paper in 24pt Perpetua type. The six screenprints were printed at the Drexel Press in Long Island City, NY. The Limted Editions Club booklet is laid in. The whole in pristine condition throughout.
