Valerio Adami is an Italian artist knows for his Nouvelle Figuration movement. Adami began to incorporate various subjects into his artworks such as modern European history, literature, philosophy, and mythology. In this image Adami reminisces about summer holidays incorporating various objects into the image, from his reflection in the mirror, to female feet in the water, a fish and a sailing boat.
