About the Item

Original Germany, Mecklenburg. St Mary’s Church in Rostock vintage German travel poster. Conservation mounted and ready to frame. Ready to frame. Photo: Wilh. Miesler, Lippstadt Very good condition for a poster around 90 years old. The original photo that was used to create this poster did have a fold or flaw line in the image, which was then printed into the image. The poster is basically mint condition. St. Mary's Church, Rostock, in German Marienkirche, is the biggest of three town churches found in the Hanseatic city of Rostock, in northern Germany. Architectural style: Brick Gothic. It is over 770 years old. It is interesting in the image that supplies were still being delivered to stores by horse-pulled wagons Street vendors are shown setting up in the square with white cloth canopies to display their wares and goods. You can see the tracks of cars tracks in the snow on the street. This is an Original Lithograph Vintage Poster.
