Original vintage Soviet propaganda poster - Our Motherland is the Pioneer of Space! / Наша Родина Пионер Космоса! Dynamic design featuring a smiling Yuri Gagarin (Yuri Alekseyevich Gagarin; 1934-1968), the Soviet pilot and cosmonaut who was the first man in space on 12 April 1961, in a CCCP / USSR helmet with a statue of a rocket and man behind him on the dark purple and blue background with red rockets shooting into the starry space sky above, the text on the side. Large size. Fair condition, restored paper loss in top right corner, restored tears through image, restored pinholes, staining, backed on linen.
