Original vintage travel poster advertising 650 Jahre Eidgenossenschaft 1291-1941 Gang, Lueg d'Heimet a! / 650 years of the Swiss Confederation 1291-1941 featuring an image promoting the walking and leisure activities in the Swiss countryside with a river running through a valley by a church and village houses, a old castle tower ruin nestled between trees on the side and snow topped mountains in the distance below the blue sky, the title text on a swirling red banner in front of a lily flower and the rest of text in stylised lettering. Artwork by Hans Aeschbach (1911-1999). Large size. Good condition, restored paper losses, restored tears, restored pinholes, restored folds, backed on linen.
